Ampleur Café Ginza
A moment to unwind in the city.
Located in Ginza, Ampleur Café Ginza serves melty cheese hot sandwiches, savory plates, and desserts like brûléed rare cheesecake alongside a wide choice of cafe beverages and wine.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Set on the second floor of a building along a Ginza street, Ampleur Café Ginza serves satisfying light bites and desserts from 9:00 in the morning until late afternoon. It is easily reached from both Ginza and Higashi-ginza stations, making it a handy stop for a quiet brunch or a pause between shopping excursions.
Savory options include a double cheese hot sandwich filled with warm, melted cheese, alongside a savory sausage and bacon plate. For a lighter assortment, a trio of mini croissants comes stuffed with roast ham, beef, and egg salad. The kitchen also turns out more substantial fare suited to a full lunch, featuring spiced roast bone-in chicken, a chunky meat Bolognese lasagna, and a 72-hour beef stew.
Come cafe time, the dessert menu features a silky brûléed rare cheesecake with a caramelized crust, warm chocolate fondant, and a matcha and Dainagon red bean cake. The beverage selection covers everything from the house blend coffee and classic cafe lattes to hazelnut and black sesame lattes, with soy milk, oat milk, and decaf alternatives available. Guests can also opt for teas such as Darjeeling and caramel orange, caffeine-free herbal infusions, or a glass of still or sparkling wine to suit an afternoon mood.
Furnished with comfortable table seating, the space is well suited to solo breaks as well as small group get-togethers, complete with Wi-Fi and reservations accepted.
